cool, but it doesnt really tell or explain to us how it was drawn, mainly looks like how you cg'd it and coloured it, but still a great job i love your end product of it.

Excellent tutorial! I love finding other deviants who also make tutorials, who share their techniques. Want to watch swap? I ink my pictures on paper. Looks better ^-^ (because I'm crappy in inking in photoshop)
And how I did the rain is told in the Tut.
I don't know the english names fot the filters in photoshop 7... but I showed where the filter is found.
To make rain you only neet a new layer with some white points on it. Then add this filter.
